NSW Chapter Half-Day Conference

The NSW Chapter hosted its annual Half-Day Conference and Luncheon on Tuesday 7th August. Held for the second year at Doltone House in Pyrmont Sydney, the event attracted nearly 100 members and guests. This year’s Conference Theme was “Emerging Trends in Leadership”; attendees were treated to a distinguished line-up of speakers that included Geoff Gallop, former W.A Premier and current Director of the Graduate School of Government at Sydney University; Superintendent Alan Sicard of the NSW Police Force; Tom Roche, MD of SNP Security and Nick Psaila of Nick Psaila International and Entrepreneur. This Conference presented insightful and thought provoking presentations on the current state and future trends in Leadership.

The Conference was opened by Former Prime Minister “Kevin Rudd”, (aka comedian Anthony Ackroyd) who presented his leadership trials and tribulations. Attendees were then treated to a three course luncheon.

Lyndall Milenkovic was announced as the NSW Chapter’s Volunteer of the Year Award 2012. She is thoroughly deserving of the Award and she’ll be attending the ASIS International Conference and Exhibits in Philadelphia courtesy of the Chapter.

The NSW Chapter wishes to thank its Supporters: AV Creative, Gunnebo, Mega Fortris Australia & SNP Security.
