LHC Security UpgradeLasseters Hotel Casino has completed their new $450,000 world-class security system. The innovative new Dallmeier Semsy III system will provide better security coverage across the entire property with an upgrade from analog to a high definition digital system, and is one of the first of its kind in Australia.

The new surveillance system has been two years in the making and sees Lasseters partner with local supplier, Ronin Security. In a statement from Lasseters’ Chief Operating Officer, Chris Sartori said, “Our patrons’ safety and security is always of utmost importance. We also understand the importance of supporting local businesses and we are pleased to be partnering with Ronin Security. Our investment of $450K has enabled us to upgrade to our security surveillance system with technology that is equivalent to, if not better than, any casino around the world. The system also ensures we keep pace with the expansion and redevelopments our property is currently undertaking”

The state of the art security system is the first of its kind to be used in the Territory & is the same security system that is used at the Marina Bay Sands Casino Singapore & other world class casino destinations such as Macau.

The system is environmentally friendly and uses 70% less power and energy than the previous set up.

Recent expansions at Lasseters include a hotel wing of 66 Premium rooms as well as a heated resort pool & spa. Developments to come include a new 180 seat contemporary Australian restaurant, commercial gym & massage treatment centre, a new VIP gaming area, & new hotel lobby. The projects are expected be completed by December 2013.
