Delinea Appoints New APAC Vice President

Delinea has expanded its regional leadership team with three senior appointments across APAC and EMEA, as the identity security vendor looks to strengthen execution in two of its fastest-growing markets.
The company has named Cynthia Lee as Vice President, APAC; Chris Waynforth as Vice President, EMEA North; and Adam Perks as Director of Channel, EMEA. The hires reflect a continued focus on scaling both direct sales and partner-led growth across international markets.
Lee will lead Delinea’s APAC business, bringing more than two decades of cybersecurity experience. She previously held leadership roles at Cyberint, Aqua Security and CyberArk, where she was involved in enterprise expansion and regional growth initiatives. In her new role, she will be responsible for regional sales strategy and customer engagement across Asia-Pacific.
Waynforth takes on responsibility for Northern Europe. Most recently CRO at Performanta, he has also held senior sales leadership roles at Imperva and Splunk. At Delinea, he will oversee regional sales operations, with a focus on expanding enterprise accounts and driving new customer acquisition.
Perks joins as Director of Channel for EMEA, tasked with strengthening Delinea’s partner ecosystem. With previous experience at Riverbed Technology, NetBrain and Aternity, his remit includes expanding alliances with system integrators and managed service providers, increasing partner-sourced revenue and embedding a more structured co-sell approach across the region.
The appointments come as organisations across EMEA and APAC continue to modernise identity security programs amid cloud migration, AI-driven automation and increasing regulatory pressure. Identity and privileged access management remain high-priority investment areas, particularly as credential misuse and lateral movement feature prominently in breach investigations.
Delinea has recently invested in platform development, including the launch of its Iris AI engine and a planned acquisition of StrongDM, aimed at enhancing just-in-time and runtime authorisation capabilities. Strengthening regional leadership may help the company translate product expansion into sustained market growth.
