Strategic Partnership for Chubbsafes in China

A decade-long partnership between Chubbsafes, and Hunan Junting in Changsha, Hunan Province, is transforming how high-net-worth customers and small businesses in China approach safe storage and security.

The journey began in 2016, when Yan Xiang Vicky, then a full-time mother looking to start her own business, was introduced to Chubbsafes, part of the Gunnebo Safe Storage family, through senior distributor Mr. Zhu.

Recognising her ambition and local market insight, Chubbsafes leaders, visited Changsha to personally assess the region, support location scouting, and co-develop a market entry strategy. Together, they launched what would become a thriving safe storage business; namely, Hunan Junting.

Over the years, this partnership has continued to evolve. Through regular product training, market analysis, and shared customer feedback, Chubbsafes and Hunan Junting have co-developed tailored solutions for a discerning clientele. These customers, including prominent local entrepreneurs, rely on Hunan Junting for safes that protect valuable documents, antiques and artwork.

For Mr. Zhu, the collaboration stands as a model for success. “We’ve always focused on long-term value, not just short-term sales,” he explains. “By empowering local partners like Hunan Junting with the right tools, trust, and expertise, we’re building something far more impactful than a product line—we’re building confidence in security.”
